R 325.1922 Admission and retention of residents: Resident A’s tuberculosis screening could not be found in the record prior to admission on 10/23/2023.

R 325.1932 Resident medications: Resident B’s prescribed medication bottle was found unattended on top of the medication cart with no staff present.
