Visit Reason
The Department conducted a life safety survey at Arcadia Senior Living of Clarksville in April 2019 to assess compliance with fire and life safety code regulations.
Findings
Surveyors observed violations including the presence of portable space heaters in resident rooms, coffee pots without automatic shutoff timers, and failure to conduct quarterly fire drills for specified quarters and shifts.
