The manager failed to ensure medication was stored in a separate locked area; an unlocked kitchen cabinet contained medication accessible to residents, posing a safety risk.
The manager failed to ensure the premises were free from hazards, as a mop handle and hoses were strewn across a walking path creating a tripping hazard for residents.
