Findings
One deficiency was found related to improper medication storage. The facility failed to store medications in a separate locked area as required.
Deficiencies (1)
The manager failed to ensure that medication was stored in a separate locked room, closet, cabinet, or self-contained unit used only for medication storage. Medications including Morphine Sulfate, Bisacodyl, and Insulin Lispro were found unlocked in a refrigerator accessible to residents.
