On-site compliance (annual) inspection at an Assisted Living Home conducted on April 30, 2024.

Two deficiencies were found related to failure to conduct required disaster and evacuation drills within the mandated timeframes.

The manager failed to ensure an employee disaster drill was conducted on each shift at least once every three months and documented. The most recent drills were conducted on December 1, 2023, with no drills after that date.
The manager failed to ensure an evacuation drill for employees and residents was conducted at least once every six months. The most recent drill was conducted on September 1, 2023, with no drills after that date.
