R 400.14401 Environmental health: the water temperature in the full bathroom was 123 degrees Fahrenheit and in the kitchen was 137 degrees Fahrenheit, exceeding the allowed range of 105 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
R 400.14507 Means of egress generally: the front door and the patio door contained hardware that was not positive-latching, non-locking-against-egress.
R 400.14511 Flame-producing equipment; enclosures: the furnace door located in the dining room did not automatically close completely.
