This visit was for a State Residential Licensure Survey conducted on March 11 and 12, 2025.

The facility failed to ensure the high temperature dish machine reached the minimum water temperature of 180 degrees Fahrenheit for the rinse cycle during one of two kitchen observations. The Dietary Manager acknowledged the issue and corrective actions including education and equipment repair were planned.
