Visit Reason
The Tennessee Department of Health conducted a life safety survey at Dogwood Bend Assisted-Care Living Facility in January 2019 to determine compliance with fire and life safety code regulations.
Findings
Surveyors substantiated that the facility failed to perform quarterly fire drills from April 2018 through September 2018. As a result, the Board assessed a civil monetary penalty of $500 for this violation.
