Findings
The inspection found multiple fire safety violations including insufficient ceiling clearance in the storage room and failure of various trash room doors to latch properly. The facility was disapproved due to these unresolved issues.

IFC 315.3.1 (2018) - Facility failed to maintain business storage room on 1st floor with at least 18 inch clearance below sprinkler heads. Storage was less than the required clearance.
NFPA 80 Fire Door Inspection and Testing - Various trash rooms in the building failed to latch as required during inspection.
