Renewal inspection of the adult foster care family home license.
Findings
The facility was found to be in non-compliance with 2 rules; a written corrective action plan was required before the license is renewed.
Deficiencies (2)
R 325.1921 Governing bodies, administrators, and supervisors: Resident rooms had loose bed rails attached to bedframes with gaps causing entrapment concerns; a bed cane was present between mattress and box spring but not affixed to the bed frame.
R 325.1979 General maintenance and storage: Several oxygen tanks were not secured in proper holsters and were freestanding, posing a risk of falling over.
