The inspection was conducted as a renewal licensing study for Highland Home for the Aged to assess compliance with state regulations and determine eligibility for license renewal.
Findings
The facility was found to be non-compliant with several rules including incomplete meal census records, inadequate ventilation in certain rooms, unverified sanitization temperatures for dishware, undated food items in the kitchen refrigerator, and unsafe storage of hazardous materials accessible to residents.
