Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted to assess compliance with fire alarm system testing and maintenance requirements as part of regulatory oversight.
Findings
The facility failed to ensure the complete fire alarm system was tested and maintained according to NFPA 72, 1999 edition. The semi-annual inspection was overdue, with the last annual inspection performed in October 2023 and the semi-annual inspection due in April 2024.
