Renewal inspection of the adult foster care family home license.
Findings
The facility was found to be in non-compliance with 9 rules; a written corrective action plan was required before the license is renewed.

R 325.1922 Admission and retention of residents: Resident E did not have an appropriate TB screening completed within 12 months prior to admission.
R 325.1923 Employee's health: Two employees had TB screenings completed outside of the 10 days of hire and one employee’s TB screening could not be found.
R 325.1967 Toilet and bathing facilities: Spa rooms on each hallway were used to store wheelchairs, bedside toilets, disposable briefs, weight scale seats, and empty cardboard boxes.
R 325.1972 Solid wastes: Garbage and rubbish containers in multiple areas lacked tight-fitting lids.
R 325.1975 Laundry and linen requirements: Items other than soiled linens were stored in the soiled linen area and multiple items were stored with clean linens, posing cross-contamination risks.
R 325.1976 Kitchen and dietary: Food service equipment and work surfaces in common area kitchenettes, memory care unit, and employee lounges were not clean or sanitary.
