Findings
The facility was found not in compliance at the time of inspection due to multiple deficiencies related to fire and life safety systems, including missing documentation for semi-annual service reports and other required inspections.

IFC 904.13.5.2 2021 - Automatic fire-extinguishing systems must be serviced at least every six months and after activation. The facility failed to provide the second semi-annual service report documentation.
