Visit Reason
This document is a plan of correction submitted by the facility in response to deficiencies identified during a prior inspection.
Findings
The deficiencies involved missing a fire-rated attic access cover and having only one means of egress from the enclosed backyard, which did not comply with regulations. The facility corrected these issues by installing a fire-rated attic cover and adding another exit point opposite the fence door.

Wooden privacy fence enclosing the backyard had only one access and exit point, not providing two means of egress.
