Renewal inspection of the adult foster care family home license.
Findings
The home was found in non-compliance with 7 rules; a written corrective action plan was required before the license is renewed.

MCL 333.20201 Policy describing rights and responsibilities of patients or residents: binders containing residents’ HIPAA related information were observed in the communal living room and also in a resident occupied hallway.
R 325.1923 Employee's health: the facility was unable to produce evidence that Employee 1 was screened for TB within 10 days after hire; Employee 1 was hired on 6/18/25 and her TB screen was completed on 12/10/24.
R 325.1932 Resident’s medications: Resident A missed scheduled doses of simvastatin from 4/17/26 to 4/26/26, 5/1/26 to 5/4/26, 5/8/26 to 5/9/26, 5/12/26 and 5/14/26 to 5/18/26 due to medication unavailability and documentation errors.
R 325.1932 Resident’s medications: Resident B missed one or both scheduled doses of lubricating tears on 4/22/26 to 4/25/26 and 4/27/26 due to medication unavailability and documentation errors.
