Visit Reason
The visit was an unannounced required comprehensive annual inspection of the Sierra Vista Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.

Findings
Three deficiencies were cited related to staff health screening, food handler training, and emergency food and water supply. The facility was generally found to be operating within approved capacity with adequate physical plant conditions and staffing.
