Findings
The follow-up inspection on 10/15/2024 found no deficiencies and confirmed that the facility meets Assisted Living Facility licensing requirements. Previously cited deficiencies were corrected.

The facility failed to ensure 1 of 5 sampled staff had documentation of the required 70-hour basic training to work as a long-term care worker in assisted living facilities.
