Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a renewal inspection of the assisted living facility license to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.

Findings
The inspection identified multiple areas of noncompliance across various regulatory sections including personnel qualifications, resident rights, medication administration, and emergency preparedness. Several deficiencies were noted with some corrected during the inspection.

Two direct-care employees were not certified nurse assistants and did not have 16 hours of one-on-one training.
One employee did not have a health inventory on file and one employee did not have a health inventory completed by 1/18/2024.
There was no certified nurse aide on duty on 1/16/2024.
The facility did not have a health inventory for one employee and did not have documentation of a tuberculosis test for one employee.
The facility did not have a written policy for medication administration and did not ensure residents' medications were properly stored and administered.
