Visit Reason
The inspection was an unannounced routine visit to assess compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements for an assisted living facility.

Findings
The inspection checklist covered multiple regulatory areas including staff identification, administrator qualifications, resident rights, admissions, nursing services, medication administration, housekeeping, maintenance, emergency preparedness, and more.
