Visit Reason
The Minnesota Department of Health conducted a survey on July 8, 2025, to evaluate and assess compliance with state licensing statutes for Trouvaille Memory Care Suites.
Findings
The licensee was found to be in substantial compliance but had violations related to fire protection and physical environment, specifically a locked gate on a marked exit route that was not readily openable in an emergency.
