R 400.15203 Licensee and administrator training requirements: Licensee Designee/Administrator failed to complete 16 hours of training or 6 credit hours at an accredited college relevant to the admission policy and program statement.
R 400.15205 Health of a licensee, direct care staff, administrator, other employees, those volunteers under the direction of the licensee, and members of the household: Staff Kesia Sneed’s employee file did not contain a physician-signed statement attesting to physical health obtained within 30 days of employment.
