Operating since 2016, Life Care Center provides independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing in Fitzgerald, Georgia. The community’s multiple levels of care can accommodate a wide range of needs, including those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and older adults seeking continuous clinical support. 24-hour staffing also ensures residents can access care as needed.
Rehabilitation services allow a resident to work toward recovery on-site, while individualized care plans shape support around each person’s circumstances. With 167 beds, the community provides a total of 3 hours and 57 minutes of nursing care daily. Occupancy is at 49.7%, with 83 beds currently in use.
