An unannounced onsite complaint investigation was conducted at Agape Hospice of Northeast Georgia on 11/23/21 by a Qualified Nurse Surveyor.

Complaint investigation # GA00218532 was unsubstantiated with no deficiencies.
Findings
The complaint was unsubstantiated with no deficiencies. A Hospice COVID-19 Focused Infection Control Survey was completed and the agency was found in compliance with Chapter 111-8-37 Rules and Requirements for Home Health and Hospice Agencies.
