The company’s personalized home care service gives clients the choice to remain independent in their own homes without compromising on the quality of their care. Lilies Home Care is based in Bradford and covers Bradford, Keighley, Shipley, and the surrounding districts. The company is named after the owner’s late mother and is run by Diane Gledhill as the Office Manager and owner, and her daughter, Charlotte Gledhill, as the registered manager.

Lilies Home Care promises to be uncompromising on its high standards, ensure the most appropriate and safe working practices, provide a tailored service specific to each client’s needs, maintain an affordable and competitive pricing structure, maintain and promote its clients’ independence, and assist and encourage all clients in everyday activities to facilitate personal well-being and independence. The company undertakes a risk assessment before a team member can commence work, which is reviewed every three months or sooner if required, and includes an assessment of the risks for the client to maintain their independence and promote safety while living in their own home.
