Visit Reason
An unannounced administrative desk review for initial licensure and certification was conducted for Passionate Hospice, Norcross, GA, from June 8 through June 11, 2020, followed by an onsite survey on June 22, 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Findings
The survey revealed that the facility was in compliance with 42 CFR, Part 418, including Emergency Preparedness for Hospices, with no deficiencies cited at the time of the survey.
