Findings
The investigation found that the bolt locks on shared bathrooms must be disengaged to enter, and the doors are equipped with interconnected hardware allowing egress without a key. The facility maintains full alarm and sprinkler systems and nurse call buttons, meeting life-safety and fire code requirements. The complaint was addressed with no violations found.
