The purpose of this survey was to conduct a compliance inspection with an on-site visit made and completed on 9/24/25.
Findings
The facility failed to conduct quarterly fire drills involving all staff and participants, and two staff members did not complete infection control and standard precautions training or properly implement standard precautions during activities involving blood exposure.
