Visit Reason
Routine announced inspection of Abbington Manor Assisted Living Facility to assess compliance with state licensing rules and regulations.

Findings
The facility was generally compliant with most licensing rules but had deficiencies including lack of department-approved care competency training, no personnel health program policies, medication administration errors, unsecured oxygen tanks, unsecured cleaning agents, and incomplete emergency preparedness plans.
