Visit Reason
Unannounced routine inspection to assess compliance with assisted living facility regulations.
Findings
The facility demonstrated compliance with most regulatory requirements, with some technical assistance provided. There were 12 rule noncompliances noted, primarily related to policy and procedural areas.
