The most recent inspection on November 28, 2023, included an enforcement action with a $500 fine that has been paid. Earlier in November 2023, inspectors found eight deficiencies related to personnel records, documentation, medication administration and storage, disaster planning, evacuation paths, fire extinguisher servicing, and toxic materials storage during a complaint and compliance inspection.
