An unannounced annual inspection was conducted to evaluate compliance with licensing requirements for the Bed of Roses Residential Care Home.

Findings
The inspection found that the facility was generally compliant with safety and environmental standards, including clear exits, proper food storage, and functioning smoke detectors. However, deficiencies were cited related to staff training, as 3 out of 3 staff did not have the required 20 hours of annual training for 2025 and CPR trainings were not current.

The facility was found generally compliant with safety, medication storage, and staff record requirements; however, deficiencies were noted in the completion and updating of appraisal/needs and services plans for residents with dementia.
