Findings
The facility was found deficient in food and nutritional services, specifically regarding dietary staff knowledge of sanitization chemical concentrations, lack of dating on opened and prepared food items, incomplete dishwasher temperature logs, and cleanliness and temperature monitoring of cold storage freezers.
