An acceptable corrective action plan was submitted and approved.

The inspection was conducted as a renewal inspection for the Adult Foster Care large group home license of Brookdale Saginaw AL.

Findings
The facility was found to be in compliance with all applicable rules and statutes. The Licensing Consultant recommended issuance of a 2-year regular adult foster care license upon approval rating from the Bureau of Fire Services.
