From September 10, 2024 through September 17, 2024, Commission surveyors conducted a licensure and complaint survey at The Arbors at Dogwood Pointe assisted care living facility.

The investigation was complaint-related, focusing on fall incidents and care plan deficiencies for multiple residents. Specific residents (#3 and #9) had multiple documented falls without proper follow-up interventions. Documentation and procedural failures were substantiated.
