Licensing Program Analyst Tena Herrera conducted the required annual inspection of Claremont Place, an adult community care facility licensed to serve 93 non-ambulatory residents aged 60 and over.

Findings
The facility was found to be in compliance with all applicable regulations, including infection control, operational requirements, physical plant safety, staffing, resident records, residents' rights, planned activities, food service, medical and dental incident management, disaster preparedness, and care for residents with special health needs.
