Visit Reason
Biennial state compliance review of the assisted living residence by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE) on September 17, 2024.
Findings

Controlled medication handling: The Residence was inconsistent in documenting a controlled substance count for one Resident prescribed a controlled substance in accordance with the Residence policy.
