Visit Reason
A pre-licensing visit was conducted to evaluate the facility for initial licensing as a Residential Facility for the Elderly age range 60 and over.
Findings
The facility was toured and inspected, including common areas, resident bedrooms, restrooms, kitchen, and safety equipment. All areas were found clean, in good repair, and compliant with regulations. No outstanding or pending items requiring additional visits were observed.
