Findings
The facility consists of two units: Copper Harbor general assisted living with 21 studio rooms and Clare Bridge secured memory care with 19 studio rooms. Each unit has rooms that accommodate one or two residents with accessible bathrooms and call systems. The facility has appropriate common areas and secured courtyards.
