Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted due to a survey completed on or about April 29, 2024, which identified deficiencies related to failure to conduct required fire drills.
Findings
The facility failed to conduct fire drills for the weekend first and second shifts during all of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, failed to conduct fire drills for the weekday third shift during the first quarter of 2024, and failed to conduct any fire drills during sleeping hours during all of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
Deficiencies (2)
Tenn. Comp. R. and Regs. 0720-26-.10(3)(a) was violated as the facility failed to hold fire drills for each ACLF work shift in each separate ACLF building at least quarterly.
Tenn. Comp. R. and Regs. 0720-26-.10(3)(b) was violated as the facility failed to conduct one fire drill per quarter during sleeping hours.
