Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as a Technical Assistance visit to review compliance with assisted living facility regulations and provide technical assistance.
Findings
The facility was generally compliant with most licensing rules, with technical assistance provided on multiple regulatory requirements. One high severity deficiency was cited related to medication administration where a resident did not receive medications as ordered. Additionally, one staff member was found not eligible for employment in the DACS system.
