Visit Reason
The purpose of this survey was to conduct an initial inspection of the facility.
Findings
It was determined that the building (C) office space was not set up as required for a functioning nursing station. The program administration opted to repurpose this space for scheduled current client assessment until the need changes. No rule violations were observed and all other concerns were addressed.
