Please beware sending your loved ones here. There's a lot of smiles and false assurance. Might seem nice but the owner keeps that property very bandated. There's holes in the walls. Rats practice bad business with contractors. I would not suggest coming here

I'm a professional handyman and in the residence seemed very quiet

I think it's set up every man for himself

I know that they don't handle them very well. Well, at least they will call you in the middle of the night to fix something and then they will completely burn you by not paying you

I would not recommend this house to anyone just because there's so many different issues. It needs so much work

Beware of ownership here. Everything might seem all smiles and wonderful positive assurance that your loved ones are ok. The staff seemed nice for the most part. They seem scared of the owner which I found alarming. I also know the Owner practices shady business tactics Burns contractors the house is riddled with holes in the wall that are covered up by newspaper. Painted over with paint. There's rat droppings. There's all sorts of electrical issues. The house was actually driven into by one of the staff. It was patched. I just don't think that this is a good idea for anyone's loved ones to go here. The staff might be really nice, but the condition of the property is just as important and it's bad.
