Visit Reason
Commission surveyors conducted a Life Safety survey at Magnolia Place Assisted Care Living Facility on or about November 20, 2024.
Findings
The facility failed to produce documentation of fire drills conducted for each work shift quarterly and during sleeping hours for the first quarter of 2024. The Operations Director admitted that the required fire drills were not conducted as mandated.
