Visit Reason
The visit was conducted as a licensure and complaint survey at McArthur Manor Assisted Living from September 23 to September 25, 2024.
Complaint Details
The complaint investigation found substantiated violations related to failure to update Plans of Care for smoking documentation and evacuation plans.
Findings
The facility failed to update residents' Plans of Care to include documentation of smoking status and evacuation plans. The Director of Nursing and Executive Director admitted to these failures. Civil monetary penalties were assessed for these violations.
