Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted to review compliance with fire and life safety code regulations and building standards at the Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, LLC, following observed renovation repairs and safety concerns.
Findings
The surveyor observed multiple deficiencies including missing ceiling tiles in various locations and storage of large amounts of combustible materials without prior approval. These findings constituted a violation of building standards.

The facility stored large amounts of combustible materials in the 500 corridor movie theatre (over 680 square feet) without prior approval of the change of use from the Health Facilities Commission.
