The following deficiencies were found during the on-site compliance inspection and investigation of complaints 00107449 and 00134458 conducted on July 9, 2025.
Findings
The inspection found one deficiency related to the swimming pool fencing not meeting physical plant standards. The facility had a chicken wire fence around the pool, which is not compliant with the required fencing standards.

Two deficiencies were found related to safety hazards on the premises. The facility failed to ensure the premises were free from physical injury risks and failed to secure poisonous materials from resident access.

The manager failed to ensure poisonous materials were stored in a locked area inaccessible to residents; an unlocked cupboard under the kitchen sink contained chemicals accessible to residents.
