Inspection Report Summary for Rutland Nursing Home

During the reporting period, comprising 32 standard health citations and 23 life safety code citations. The citations were identified during 13 on‑site inspections: 7 inspections resulted in citations and 6 inspections had no citations. The total number of complaints‑related citations was 8, but the category totals for complaints‑related citations sum to 2, a discrepancy noted in the record.
