Silverado Brea LLC, a 740‑type facility located at 149 W Lambert Rd in Brea, has experienced a series of unannounced visits from the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division over the past four years. The most significant concerns arose in August 2021 and July 2024, when the agency documented medication‑administration errors involving multiple residents.
