Springdale is a very dangerous place. Medications are not being administered correctly or at all. The unused medication is being stockpiled in the Staffing Coordinator office, which is then picked through by staff and the administration for their own purposes. The nurses are late and they sleep instead of taking care of the clients. There are too many avoidable deaths that go unchecked at this place. Clients are dressed in several layers of diapers so they do not have to be tended to during shift. I can not believe this place has a satisfactory rating, the state was just there but they over looked at lot of the major violations that are going on at this place.
